Terms of service

These are the terms for using rangebound — the app at app.rangebound.xyz, the site at rangebound.xyz, these docs, and any alerts we send. Using any of them means you accept them.
rangebound is operated by the rangebound team ("we", "us"). Contact: hello@rangebound.xyz.
1. What rangebound is
An analytics tool for concentrated-liquidity positions on Solana. It reads public blockchain data and shows you what it finds, with the workings stated.
It is information, not advice. Nothing in rangebound is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, hold or provide liquidity for anything. Every figure is an estimate from public data using models with stated assumptions, and estimates can be wrong, incomplete or late. The Disclaimer is part of these terms and worth reading in full.
rangebound never touches your money. It does not hold funds, connect to a wallet, ask for a signature, or execute a transaction. There is nothing it can do to your position, in either direction.
2. It is a beta
rangebound is unfinished and access is by invitation. We may change it, break it, take features away, or stop running it, at any time and without notice. Figures may be wrong. Data may be missing. The service may be down.
Do not use rangebound as the only basis for a decision that matters to you.
3. Your account
You need an invitation to make an account. An invite code is personal to you — do not post it publicly or sell it. We can revoke a code or an account at any time, and we will do so if a code turns up somewhere it should not be.
You are responsible for what happens under your account, and for keeping access to the email address it uses, since that address is how you sign in. Tell us at security@rangebound.xyz if you think somebody else has got in.
You must be 18 or older, and you must not be somewhere that sanctions or local law make it unlawful for us to provide this to you. Tokenised equities may not be legal to hold where you live; whether you may is your responsibility, not ours.
4. What you may not do
- Resell, sublicense or redistribute rangebound's data or pages as a product of your own.
- Scrape it in bulk, or work around rate limits, the sign-in gate, or any other technical restriction.
- Try to get at other people's accounts or data.
- Use it to break the law, or to help anybody else do so.
- Present its output as advice, or as your own analysis, to someone relying on you.
Reading the pages you have been given access to, and using the numbers in your own decisions, is exactly what it is for.
5. Who owns what
rangebound's software, design, text and the figures it derives belong to us. These terms give you permission to use the service — they transfer nothing.
The underlying blockchain data is public and belongs to nobody. Names and logos of venues, issuers and tokens belong to their owners and appear only to identify them; rangebound is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for Raydium, Orca, Meteora, Solana, xStocks, Backpack, Jupiter, any launchpad, or any token or issuer shown.
Anything you type in — your labels, your watchlist, your settings — stays yours. We store it to run the service for you and do nothing else with it. See Privacy.
6. No warranty
rangebound is provided as is and as available, with no warranty of any kind: not of accuracy, not of completeness, not of fitness for any purpose, and not of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant that anything it tells you is correct.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any trading or liquidity-provision losses, lost profits, lost opportunity, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of rangebound or your reliance on anything in it.
Providing liquidity can lose money — through price movement, divergence loss, smart-contract failure, issuer or custody events affecting tokenised assets, and tokens that turn out not to be sellable. Those risks are yours.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Ending it
You can stop at any time; ask us at privacy@rangebound.xyz to delete your account and we will.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or shut the service down entirely. If we close the service we will give what notice we reasonably can.
9. Changes
We may change these terms. Material changes will be noted on this page with a new date, and the full history is public in the rangebound repository. Continuing to use rangebound after a change means you accept it.
